30-Day Risk-Free Trial

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in good condition, with no physical damage.
• All accessories (controller, cables, straps) must be returned.
• You must contact us first to request a return authorization.

How to Start a Return

Include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processing.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost.
